Your seed phrase is your wallet
Nobody legitimate will ever ask for it. Not support, not an airdrop, not a 'wallet validation'.

The rule
Your seed phrase (12 or 24 words) and private key give full control of your wallet to whoever has them. No real support team, exchange, bot or website needs them, ever.
RugWard never asks for a seed phrase, private key or payment to 'unlock' anything. Anyone who does is impersonating us.
Common lures
'Your wallet is not synchronised, validate it here.'
'Claim your airdrop: connect and enter your recovery phrase.'
Fake support accounts that reply to your public question within seconds.
Browser extensions or apps that look like your wallet but are copies.
Good habits
Write the phrase on paper, keep it offline, never photograph it.
Use a hardware wallet for savings and a separate hot wallet for trading.
